These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Eldr's mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

Eldr provides a family care coordination platform designed to help families:

• Track and manage medication schedules and wellness reminders
• Monitor vital health signs including blood sugar, blood pressure, heart rate, and insulin
• Coordinate care activities among family members
• Share notes and updates within care circles
• Manage appointments and healthcare visits

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use Eldr, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your account information if it changes

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

4. Healthcare Disclaimer

By using Eldr, you acknowledge that:

• The Services are for wellness tracking and family coordination purposes only
• You should always seek the advice of qualified healthcare professionals for medical concerns
• Eldr does not provide medical advice or professional healthcare services
• The information tracked in Eldr should not replace professional medical records
• In case of medical emergency, always contact emergency services immediately

5. User Obligations

When using Eldr, you agree to:

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes
• Not share false, inaccurate, or misleading health information
• Respect the privacy of other users in your care circle
• Not attempt to access another user's account without permission
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Care Circle and Data Sharing

When you create or join a care circle:

• You consent to sharing information with invited family members
• You grant permission for care circle members to view and contribute to shared data
• You understand that care circle members may receive notifications about activities
• You can remove members or leave a care circle at any time through app settings

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Eldr, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are owned by Eldr and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you add to Eldr (such as notes, vital readings, and appointment information). By adding content, you grant Eldr a license to use, store, and display this content solely to provide and improve our Services.

9. Subscription and Payments

Eldr offers both free and premium features:

• Core features are available for free
• Premium features may require a subscription
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through app settings
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Using the account deletion option in app settings
• Contacting our support team

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• Your use of the Services poses a risk to other users or to Eldr
• We are required to do so by law

11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Eldr does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services
• We are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of user-generated content
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Eldr in the 12 months preceding the claim

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eldr, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of Eldr after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
