3.5M
The sandwich generation
Working Malaysians aged 30–60. Approximately 3.5 million of them are managing the care of ageing parents.
Functional MVP
Eldr brings vitals, medication and appointments into one offline-first app, then turns months of daily logs into a summary your doctor can read in 30 seconds.
The problem
Families manage complex conditions across chat threads and notebooks. It wears caregivers down and leads to preventable hospital readmissions.
Between visits there's no view of daily vitals or whether medication was taken. That gap is the clinical blind spot.
Notes you can't search lead to inaccurate diagnoses and poor continuity of care, and they're no help in an emergency.
The solution
Eldr is an offline-first, senior-centric platform that centralises care management. It replaces manual chaos with:
Building the data bridge for Malaysia's aging nation.
The technology
Clinical validation and senior-centric UX: the things WhatsApp and generic habit trackers ignore.
Insights
The Insights page turns daily readings into what matters: what changed this week, what needs attention, and a report your doctor can open before the visit.
Readings logged, doses taken and average fasting glucose for the week, with low readings and missed doses flagged for attention.
Glucose and insulin trends side by side, and every medication’s adherence, day by day.
Fasting (AM) and post-meal (PM) readings plotted across weeks. Zoom into any stretch.
Spots patterns in the logs, such as glucose after meals compared with fasting, and notes readings that weren’t logged.
Send a report to the doctor as a PDF or data file, for the period you choose, ahead of the next appointment.
